Gentle Release Therapy is an energy focused session similar to Reiki, with hand placement.

​

During your Gentle Release Therapy session you can choose to be seated or to recline on the couch. There is no need to undress for this session although some people like to remove their socks.

30min Aromatherapy Massage                                      £30

Followed by

1hr EnerQi Holistic Facial                                              £40

Finishing with

30min Reflexology                                                       £20

An hour of EnerQi Holistic Facial Rejuvenation using Earthbound Organics products made in Powys, followed by an hour of Reflexology.

This session can also be made suitable for you during pregnancy;

always consult your midwife before receiving Complementary Therapy.

Group Booking (minimum of 2hrs)

You can choose from the individual treatments above and divide the time booked between you as you wish, for example six people may chose a 30min treatment each over 3hrs.

Group bookings may have exclusive use of the Cwtch; please enquire at time of booking. You are welcome to bring a hamper to relax and share as you catch up with friends and family between your treatment sessions.

This evening facial treatment is designed for you, and may support a restful nights sleep.

 

The treatment is a combination of Gentle Release Therapy, Aromatherapy and Facial with the intuitive use of Traditional Chinese Medicine tools such as gua sha, rollers and facial cups.

 

As a qualified Aromatherapist I am able to provide you with a bespoke blend of oils for use during your treatment.
